Working side by side as merchandisers, the duo formed an instant bond over their love for fashion and New York City. Five years later, Katie and Erica traded in their nautical stripes for tailored suits and the hectic lifestyle of management consulting. Lacking free time, the two savvy shoppers began to commiserate over their email inboxes that overflowed with deals and special offers. Katie and Erica were intent on accessing the latest trends at affordable prices, but could not find the time to sort through all of these offers for the diamond in the rough.
